principles. In Taiwan, notarized by Mr. He Chih Shun of Chen-Ho
Enterprise Co., Ltd., and cash deposit banked under supervisi0n
of Shang Fa Legal Affairs Company. In Mainland China, notarized
and supervised by us. The notarization and supervision are
for fair dealings and avoiding loss owing to unilateral breach.
